You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Services for personal, non-commercial purposes only. Nothing in these Terms transfers any intellectual property rights to you.

4. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Bingo Surf and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Services, including but not limited to:

• Disputes or disagreements between players arising from game results
• Financial losses of any kind
• Device damage, including screen burn-in from extended use of TV or Casting Mode
• Loss of data or game state

You agree to use the Services entirely at your own risk.

5. Fairness & Randomness

Numbers generated by our web tools use the pseudo-random number generator (PRNG) provided by your web browser's JavaScript engine. The Bingo Caller Pro app uses an equivalent seeded PRNG. While we strive for fair and unpredictable outcomes suitable for casual entertainment, we make no warranties regarding the statistical properties required for regulated, high-stakes, or professional gaming. Our Services are not certified by any gaming authority.

6. TV & Casting Mode

The TV Mode and casting features within the Bingo Caller Pro app are provided "as-is". We are not responsible for any display issues, compatibility problems, or hardware damage (including screen burn-in) that may result from use of these features on your television, monitor, or connected display device.

7. Third-Party Services

Our Services may contain links to or integrations with third-party platforms, including the Google Play Store. We are not responsible for the content, availability, or practices of any third-party services. Your use of third-party services is subject to their respective terms and policies.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Services are provided "as-is" and "as-available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
